• Maintain the relationship with the owners and negotiate contracts (lease, sale, transfer, etc.) according to their needs.
• Formulate, evaluate and monitor construction budgets. Coordinate start-up and supervise them.
• Negotiate and supervise, if necessary, the contracts established with the service providers that operate in the properties (security, cleaning, gardening, installers...) and maintain the appropriate relationship and contact with them.
• Commercial advice to end clients and closing of operations.
• Coordinate all advertising and communication actions aimed at the marketing of properties.
• Location of properties according to buyers' instructions.
• Prepare reports for the owners, which will reflect the evolution of Asset Management
